Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Who we are, and what you're agreeing to
AffiliateTrack (the “Service”) is operated by StatsDrone Inc., 4035 Rue Saint-Ambroise, Suite 216, Montreal, Quebec, H4C 2E1, Canada (“StatsDrone”, “we”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and StatsDrone.
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that company.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
AffiliateTrack crawls publicly available web pages to build an index of affiliate sites, scores them on signals such as traffic, keyword rankings, brands promoted and audience overlap, and gives you tools to search that index, build shortlists, and export them.
The index is a research product. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current or accurate, that any particular site or vertical is covered, or that any score predicts commercial outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything you rely on.
3. Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details.
- Your account is yours alone. Credentials and API keys are personal to the account holder. Do not share them, sell them, publish them, or let anyone outside your organisation use them.
- One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts — or direct others to create accounts — to obtain additional free allowances or to work around plan limits, rate limits or export gates.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by anyone you give access to.
- Tell us promptly at hello@affiliatetrack.io if you believe your credentials have been compromised or your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or terminate an account immediately, without refund, where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms.
4. Plans, trials and billing
AffiliateTrack is freemium. A free account gives you real, ongoing access to the Service. Advanced capabilities — including bulk export of shortlists and contact data, the API, and native integrations — are reserved for paid plans. Any free trial of paid features runs for the period stated at sign-up and does not require a card; we will not charge you when a trial ends unless you choose to subscribe.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Paid plans renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled, at the price shown when you subscribe.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
- Price changes. We may change prices, and will give you at least 30 days' notice before a change affects your renewal. Continuing after that is acceptance; if you don't accept, cancel before the renewal date.
- Taxes. Prices exclude sales taxes, which are added where applicable.
- Non-payment. We may suspend access if a payment fails and is not resolved after reasonable notice.
5. Protecting the index — what you may not do
The index is the product. The following are material breaches of this agreement and will result in immediate suspension:
- No unauthorised extraction. Do not scrape, crawl, spider, harvest or systematically download any part of the Service, or use any automated means to access it other than the API on a plan that includes it, within its published limits.
- No bulk copying. Do not copy, reproduce or extract the index — in whole or in any substantial part — beyond the exports your plan permits.
- No redistribution or resale. Do not sell, licence, sublicense, publish, syndicate, or otherwise make the index, any export, or any score available to anyone outside your organisation.
- No competing datasets. Do not use the Service, or anything derived from it, to build, train or improve a competing index, dataset, model or product.
- No circumvention. Do not bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, export limits, paywalls, authentication, or any other technical restriction; and do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our prior written consent.
- No reverse engineering of the Service or of our scoring, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
We monitor for these behaviours. We may rate-limit, throttle, watermark or fingerprint exports, audit account usage, and require you to certify compliance. Where we find unauthorised copying or redistribution, we will pursue all remedies available to us, including injunctive relief, and you agree that damages alone would not be an adequate remedy.
6. Ownership, and what you may do with exports
The Service, the index, the scores and all associated intellectual property remain the property of StatsDrone. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Where your plan permits export, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use exported data solely for your own internal business purposes — identifying, evaluating and contacting potential affiliate partners for your own brands. That licence does not permit you to share exports outside your organisation, and it ends when your agreement with us ends. Data you exported before termination must not be redistributed afterwards.
You keep ownership of the content and data you upload to the Service.
7. Sharing data and insights with us (optional)
At sign-up, and at any time afterwards in your account settings, we may invite you to opt in to sharing certain data and insights with us — for example, outcomes from your affiliate recruitment, or performance signals that help us improve scoring and build aggregate benchmarks.
- This is entirely optional. It is off unless you turn it on.
- Declining costs you nothing. The core Service works identically either way; we will not degrade, gate or price your account differently because you declined.
- You may withdraw at any time in your settings, and we will stop using newly shared data. Insights already incorporated into aggregate or de-identified statistics cannot always be unwound.
- We will not publish or sell your identifiable data, and we will not expose your data to other customers in a form that identifies you or your brands.
What we collect under this option, and how we use it, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. How you contact affiliates is your responsibility
The Service helps you find people. It does not authorise you to contact them however you like, and it does not transfer our obligations to you.
When you use contact data obtained through the Service, you are the controller of that data and you are solely responsible for complying with the law that applies to you — including Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL), the GDPR and UK GDPR, and any equivalent marketing, privacy and electronic-communications rules in your market. That includes having a lawful basis to contact someone, identifying yourself properly, honouring unsubscribe and objection requests promptly, and keeping records.
You agree to indemnify StatsDrone against any claim, penalty or loss arising from how you contact people using data obtained from the Service.
If someone asks us to remove them from the index, we will honour it — see the Privacy Policy. That does not remove them from copies you have already exported; you must honour their request too. Requests can be sent to hello@affiliatetrack.io.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not commit to any uptime level unless we have separately agreed one with you in writing. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you are paying for.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the index is complete or error-free, that contact details are current or correct, that scores are accurate or predictive, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatsDrone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, however caused.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms — in particular Section 5 — if we are required to by law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or to other customers. On termination, your licence to use the Service and any exported data ends, and Sections 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 14 survive.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or in-product at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date is acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel before the change takes effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Questions about these terms: hello@affiliatetrack.io, or StatsDrone Inc., 4035 Rue Saint-Ambroise, Suite 216, Montreal, Quebec, H4C 2E1, Canada.
